Ifran Beauty Return and Refund Policy

For Lebanon:

1. Damaged Products:

   • If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, we will gladly accept returns and provide a replacement.
   • To initiate the return process, please:
     • Contact our Customer Support team within 2-4 days of receiving the damaged product.
     • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product, including any damaged packaging, and send them to Sales@ifranbeauty.com.
     • Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on returning the item.
     • Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items; replacements will be sent free of charge.

2. Non-Damaged Products:

   • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not damaged. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
   • Please carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.

3. Incorrect Shipments:

   • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team within 1-4 days of receiving the item.
   • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item in its original condition.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
   • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

1. Return / Exchange of an Order:

   • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery or within the period required under applicable laws in Kuwait.
   • To initiate a return or exchange, please:
     • Call us at +961 81 759 596 or connect with Ifranbeauty.com through any contact details provided on the Site to request a return/exchange and confirm the pickup location.
     • A delivery agent will pick up the package from you at the scheduled time.
   • Upon arrival, your return will be processed promptly, and Ifranbeauty.com will send you a confirmation by email.
   • The refund of the amount paid or exchange of the product will be subject to successful completion of quality checking as per Ifranbeauty.com policies.
   • Return packages are processed within 24 hours or within the timeframe specified on the Site.
   • The credit for the returned item will be issued as either store credit or a refund to your bank account, based on your choice or applicable terms and conditions. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.

2. Exchange Process:

   • An exchange will be completed in two steps:
     1. A new order will be processed for the requested exchange item(s).
     2. A store credit will be issued for the returned item(s), subject to the terms of our agreement.

3. Damaged or Used Products:

   • If the product has been damaged or used after dispatch by Ifranbeauty.com, or for hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to accept or refuse the return or exchange of such products.
